Continuing to push the boundaries in LED technologies, Samsung came out with a giant screen this time. The South Korea-based technology giant placed its oval structure and 4K resolution streaming screen at the SoFi Stadium in the United States.


With the installation of the giant screen in the stadium, the stadium has earned the title of being the world's first stadium to feature 4K end-to-end video production. The screen that Hollywood Park's Official Mobile, TV and Display partner Samsung installed in the stadium covers a total area of ​​6,503 square meters.

The screen, the world's largest LED content playback system deployed to date, hosts almost 80 million pixels, each spaced 8 millimeters from each other's center. The screen also houses 260 independent speakers connected by a total of 11 kilometers of cable.
